Swiftmend Macro

Alrightprobably a stupid question, but frankly I'm macro impaired.
Just now getting to using them, and for the life of me, I've tried several recommended macros to cast rejuv then swiftmend... but none of them result in the actual use of the swiftmend.
I do use quickheal and have a feeling that is possibly where the road block is... however all other macros I have added are working as intended.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
